Formuler MYTVOnline2 — How to Enter a Portal URL

  • 1. Turn on your Formuler device and make sure it is connected to the internet.
  • 2. From the Formuler home screen, open MYTVOnline2.
  • 3. Once MYTVOnline2 opens, press the MENU button on your Formuler remote.
  • 4. Select Connections.
  • 5. Select Passport Portal.
  • 6. Select Edit
  • 7. Select the Portal URL field and press OK on the remote.
  • 8. Using the on-screen keyboard, enter the complete Portal URL provided to you.
  • 9. Scroll down and select CONNECT.
  • 10. Wait for MYTVOnline2 to connect to the portal and load the available channels and other content.

Quick path:

MYTVOnline2 → MENU → Connections → Add Portal → Enter Portal URL → CONNECT

If the portal does not connect, first verify that the URL was entered exactly as provided and confirm that your internet connection is working.

Formuler MYTVOnline3 — How to Edit a Portal URL

  • 1. Open MYTVOnline3 from the Formuler home screen.
  • 2. Press the MENU button on your Formuler remote.
  • 3. Select Content Manager.
  • 4. Select Content Sources.
  • 5. Find the portal you are currently using.
  • 6. Highlight the existing portal and select Edit.
  • 7. Highlight the Portal URL field and press OK on the remote.
  • 8. Delete the old Portal URL using the on-screen keyboard.
  • 9. Carefully enter the new Portal URL provided to you.
  • 10. Scroll down and select UPDATE.
  • 11. Allow MYTVOnline3 to reconnect and reload the service.

Quick Version

MYTVOnline3 → MENU → Content Manager → Content Sources → Select Current Portal → Edit → Change Portal URL → UPDATE

Important: Do not select Add Portal if you only need to change the URL. Editing the existing portal keeps you from unnecessarily creating a second connection.

Amazon Firestick — How to Edit a Portal URL in STBEmu Pro

These steps are for the STBEmu Pro app on an Amazon Fire TV Stick. The menu names can vary slightly by app version, but the usual path is Settings → Profiles → Existing Profile → Portal settings → Portal URL.

  • 1. From your Firestick home screen, open STBEmu Pro.
  • 2. Open the STBEmu menu. On most Firestick remotes, press the Menu/Options button (☰) while inside STBEmu.
  • 3. Select Settings.
  • 4. Select Profiles.
  • 5. Highlight and select the existing profile you are currently using. Do not select the X/delete option beside the profile.
  • 6. Inside the profile settings, select Portal settings.
  • 7. Select Portal URL. The Portal URL is normally the first option on this screen.
  • 8. The current Portal URL will appear in an editing box. Delete the old Portal URL.
  • 9. Enter the new Portal URL exactly as provided by your service provider. Make sure you include the complete address, including http://
  • 10. Select OK on the on-screen window to save the new URL.
  • 11. Press the Back button until you return to the main STBEmu screen.
  • 10. Open the STBEmu menu again
  • 11. Select Profile, then choose the profile there.
  • 12. The portal should now reload and display your available channels/content.

Quick path:

STBEmu Pro → Menu → Settings → Profiles → Select Existing Profile → Portal settings → Portal URL → Enter New URL → OK → Exit & Reopen App

Infomir MAG 544w3 — How to Edit an Existing Portal URL

  • 1. Turn on the MAG 544w3 and wait for it to reach the main screen.
  • 2. Open Settings. It might open on the System Settings page.
  • 3. Select System Settings.
  • 4. Select Servers.
  • 5. Select Portals.
  • 6. Find the portal you want to change. Depending on the setup, it may appear as Portal 1 or Portal 2.
  • 7. Highlight the URL field for that portal and press Keyboard button on the remote to bring up the Keyboard.
  • 8. Using the on-screen keyboard, delete the old Portal URL.
  • 9. Enter the new Portal URL exactly as provided.
  • 10. Go to Enter and press OK on the remote.
  • 11. Return to System Settings and select Restart Portal, or restart the MAG box.

Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals → Select Portal → Change URL → Save → Restart Portal
