Go to Settings, System Settings, Servers, Portals, change the Portal 1 Name to “passport” and change the Portal 1 URL to the one provided to you, save and exit.
Go to Video, Video Output Mode, choose 1080P-60 (recommended), OK, then exit.
Go to Network, Wireless, Auto, choose your network, go to Key or Passphrase and then put in your password. Press the Keyboard button to bring up the keyboard, put in your password, then choose Enter.
Go to System Settings, Network, Wireless, Auto, choose your network, go to Key or Passphrase and then put in your wifi password. Press the Keyboard button to bring up the keyboard, put in your wifi password, then choose Enter.
When you find a channel, movie or TV series you want to save as your Favorites, go to that selection in the guide and press the Yellow button (Favorites) .
Press the Yellow button again to unfavorite your selection.
Download the STB Emulator pro app and install. Click the configure application option.
Select Common Settings – Network Settings – Uncheck the box for Enabled Network Cache.
Go back to the Settings page – Select Profiles. You will see a profile named ”New profile #xxxxxx“ – Select the Profile. Use the first option to change the Profile Name.
Go to Portal Settings – Portal URL (NOT Internal Portal) – change the Portal URL to what your Service Provider gave you.
Go back to Profile Settings – Select STB Configuration.
Select STB Model – Choose Model MAG424.
Select Screen Resolution – Choose Auto.
Select Serial Number – Clear it and Save.
You will see a MAC address starting with 00:1A:79. Take a moment to copy that MAC address.
Purchase a subscription and provide your selected provider with that MAC address.
Back out of all the pages until you are back to the home screen.
Once you have confirmation that your subscription is activated. While you are on the home screen, click on the menu button on your Firestick remote or hold down the OK button to open the grey drop down menu.
From the grey drop down menu, go to Profiles, select your profile and your IPTV service will begin to load.
When you find a channel, movie or TV series you want to save as your Favorites, go to that selection in the guide and press the Yellow button (Play/Pause).
Press the Yellow button again to unfavorite your selection.
Go to the Category you want to search (e.g. English Movies).
Press the Blue button (Fast Forward – Long Key Press) , Search, press OK
Press the Menu button, then choose Keyboard
Enter in the name of the Title you want to watch (After 3 characters it will start to populate the selections).
When you see your selection, press the BACK button to exit the keyboard and the search bar.
Choose to watch your selection now or save as Favorites to watch for later.
If you are having any issues with your IPTV receiver, please unplug and plug it back in and see if that resolves the issue before doing any of the following steps
